Moffat Headland House

Additional car accommodation, upgraded entry and a pool area were added to his circa 1960 house on Moffat Headland. The additions respond to the typical caloundra beach houses of the 60's

The second carport doubles as a pool shelter, with applicable self closing self latching sliding gate. As a carport, it was able to gain a concessional approval to be built on the front alignment.

The site had only a 15m frontage, so the entry pathway double utilised carport floor area, steps to the pool gate can be seen on the left.
